The Boğaziçi University Islamic Studies Club organized a conference titled "A Critical Perspective on Mainstream Economics" on March 18, 2016, featuring Prof. Dr. Fikret Adaman. The event critically examined mainstream economic theories and engaged in in-depth discussions on the relationship between economics and social reality. Prof. Dr. Adaman emphasized the impact of economics on social structures and individual lives, offering participants a different perspective.
