Why Do Muslims Fast?

Boğaziçi University Islamic Studies Community organized an event to discuss the significance of fasting in Islam. Participants were invited to a dinner where they had the opportunity to ask questions about Islam and engage in meaningful discussions. The event provided an open space for dialogue and learning, allowing attendees to explore the spiritual, social, and personal dimensions of fasting in Islamic tradition.
